Warning Before Install !!!

Make sure your tile surface is dried 24 hours.
(Process 1.) Scrape out the old grout at least 2mm deep than your tile.
(Process 3.) You have to apply the mixed sealer within 50 minutes before it gets seized up.
Tiles on wall, apply from top to bottom. NOT bottom to top.
To apply on corner silicone, use masking (painter) tape to cover edge and apply on silicone. After applying on silicone, remove the masking tape before it gets seized with masking tape.

Instsallation Process

Here are 7 Easy Steps how to install your tile grout with FX GROUT Sealer.

Step 1. Choosing Right Tool

You need to purchase Grout Remover Tool. This tool provides easy removing process. Or if you have industrial knife or sharp edge tool, you can use them instead of our tool as well. To purchase our tool, please click here.

Step 2. Removing old grout

Please make sure the surface is DRIED 24 hours at least!!!. Grout soaks water and leave moisture inside. If it is not dried enough, the FX GROUT Sealer cannot be placed for long time. It will try to escape due to moisture inside.

If the surface is dried, please Remove old grout 2mm deep at least, so when you apply the FX GROUT Sealer, it will let it sit without over flowing. After removing old grout, please us Vacuum to clean the surface not to get mixed with FX GROUT Sealer. DO NOT SPRAY WITH WATER!!!

Step 3. Mixing Compounds

Mix compound A and B. For DIY kit, glitter is already mixed inside. You have to mix all amount on the bottle. (For professional kit, please mix the A(50g) and B(50g) in 50:50 ratio and mix glitter in 10~20g)

Do not leave any liquid on bottle. It has to be mixed in full amount. Then, stir with paint stir stick well.

Step 4. Use Applicator bottle

Pour the mixed liquid in to applicator bottle slowly and close the bottle with applicator nozzle cap. Then, Cut the nozzle in 45 degree for easy gentle flow.
